Cause of Delays*note that some items were secured together. due to the different release dates, earlier releases are waiting for the others before they're shipped out to our KR AddressWe have already followed up with Ktown. The status of the items from the site are "On Shipping." It already has a tracking number from the site. We're hoping it will arrive to our KR address this week. We'll close the box as soon as it's delivered.When asked about the delay, Ktown replied that it's due to the volume of items for delivery. We're truly so sorry about the delays. We are constantly monitoring the items.
